Professional timeline

  1. 🛡️Edfast

    2026 - Present
    Founder

A control layer between an organisation's systems and the AI models they use. Routing by data class and jurisdiction, rules that stop what isn't allowed, and signed receipts anyone can verify without access to our systems.

  2. 👨🏻‍💼Ensō

    May 2024 - Present
    Senior Consultant & co-owner

Growing the company alongside client work: infrastructure, internal tools, sales, workshops and talks.

    2026 - Present
    Internal AI

Built a bid assistant for public procurement: it extracts every requirement, ranks them by rejection risk, pulls consultant data over API and fills in the buyer's matrices in their original format. Also running local models on our own hardware.

    2025 - 2026
    Statens sivilrettsforvaltning

Came in to fix a production data problem affecting thousands of cases. Fixed it in a week, stayed on to raise code quality on the case platform, then moved on to AI: a governed, traceable assistant that helps caseworkers search and summarise case documents, and a hardened transcription service for sensitive material. Wrote the technical basis for the risk and privacy assessments.

    2025
    Thommessen

AI advisory and development for one of Norway's leading law firms.

    2024
    NOBA / Bank Norwegian

Designed and built the NOBA Assistant end to end: 1,500+ users, many saving up to 90 minutes a day. Model choice driven by evaluation rather than one vendor, retrieval over the bank's own procedures, access control and audit logging, and answer quality measured before and after launch.
